BUPA London 10,000 on Sunday 27th May 2012
Run the course designed for Olympic athletes in aid of KBS. The BUPA London 10,000 is an exciting race following the route planned for the 2012 Olympics. Run with us and help us continue to support over 200 bereaved children, young people and adults each year.
KBS is a cost efficient organisation and provides its service through trained volunteer counsellors. However, KBS needs to raise the funds to help meet the charity’s relatively low annual running costs. We are hoping that each runner will raise at least £350 for KBS.
For more information about the race, go to http://www.london10000.co.uk/race-information/
If you would like to run in aid of KBS, please contact Sheila Nardone on 020 8547 1552 or email sheila@kingstonbereavementservice.org.uk

Shreddie's Long Walk Ends
|
|
Shreddie finished the walk of her life around 30 April. With David Scott, they took on the entire length of the South West Coastal Path. That's 630 miles, the equivalent of climbing Everest a total of 3 times. It was an incredible eights weeks. Sheila Nardone, KBS Manager, met them to walk in celebration of their final day. By initiating and completing this extraordinary challenge, Shreddie and David raised nearly £5,000 for Kingston Bereavement Service.
Shreddie and David, thank you for all your effort and support. We also want to thank Kingston Cotswold and Waterstones for your support as well. To learn more about Shreddie's long walk visit these sites: |
